Shipping and Return Policy

All orders will be shipped out within 5 Business Days, unless otherwise noted with a banner at the top of our website. We are a small group of furs and will work hard to fulfill your products as soon as we can! Please consult the “Incorrect Shipping Address Provided” section below if you provided a wrong address.

International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and/or other customs fees based on your country’s and/or local laws. We do not cover these fees and have no control over whether or not your package(s) will encounter these fees. You are solely responsible to pay these fees to receive your package(s), if the package(s) is sent back to us, you will receive a refund minus the shipping fees.

Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our small furry business! Since we’re a growing brand, all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes things happen, and we want to make sure you're taken care of in certain cases. We're happy to assist with the following exceptions, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Damaged or incorrect product:
    • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us immediately within the timeframe via our email or Contact Us page. All items must remain unopened and unworn.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
    • If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the package(s) is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees for the return and the additional shipping fees to resend the package(s).

    • If you opt for a return after the item is returned to sender, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping fees.

    • Unfortunately, if the package(s) is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details, Yipp Yapp is not liable.

  • Wrong size (U.S. customers only):
    • If you ordered the wrong size, exchanges are possible for unopened and unworn items. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, new shipping fees, and an $8 restocking fee. Please note, underwear/undergarments are not eligible for exchange.
