All pre-orders require full payment upfront to secure your product. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before it has shipped, you can request a cancellation by reaching out to us via our Contact Us page
Each pre-order product will display an estimated shipping timeframe on the product page. These estimates may change due to manufacturing delays, bulk shipping issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep the product page updated with the most current shipping timeframe. To stay more up to date on changes, you can follow us on X, Instagram, or our Telegram channel.
If your order contains one or more pre-order products, the entire order will ship only when all products are in stock. This includes in-stock products, which will be held until the pre-order products are ready to ship. To avoid shipping delays for in-stock products, we recommend placing a separate order for in-stock products and another for pre-order products.
